Unfortunately, due to an error while releasing a new version of Akeroh, the services went down. The database declined connections from the new version, which caused the application servers to stop responding.
Any modifications to data were not possible during this outage. The customer view would still present the latest known information if the application was recently used, without any problems for guests.
Sincere apologies for this downtime. To prevent this from happening again in the future, the exact cause of the issue will be searched for.
